Delivery
We charge your debit/credit card on the day your order is packed and ready to be sent. Normally, we wait until we have received all the books you ordered, and only one delivery charge is made as set out in the tables below. We will advise you if there is a delay of more than 2-3 days in sending out your order. If you do not want to wait until your complete order is ready you can choose to have books delivered as they become available, but you will be charged for each delivery.
If your order includes books that are Not Yet Published, the available books will be sent to you at the charges below and when the other books are published, they will be sent and charged as a separate delivery.
NOTE: very occasionally, we may choose to deliver books as they become available even if you have selected a single delivery when your complete order is ready. In these circumstances, you will only be charged for one delivery.
For delivery purposes, we have three main postal areas. These are United Kingdom, Western Europe and the Rest of the World.
Delivery Times
These are shown for each of the three main postal areas. They are based on the normal expected times of the various carriers and our own experience, but we are unable to give guaranteed times.

Delivery Methods
Parcels are sent by Royal Mail or Securicor Omega. A signature is required at time of delivery. If you are not in, a card will be left and you should contact the depot to arrange delivery or to collect your parcel. To ensure a quick and easy delivery we recommend that you use a different delivery address where the parcel can be signed for. Just enter the address in the shipping details of your order.

Including the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland/Eire, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland.
Delivery Charges
We normally despatch all books by airmail to Western European addresses, but there are different delivery options and charges as set out in the table below. All these charges are for standard weight paperback editions. But as delivery costs may vary according to weight, we will email you if the charges are more than as per your confirmed order and will not despatch the parcel until we have received your confirmation. If the charges are for any reason less than as stated on your order we will reduce the costs.

Delivery Times
Airmail normally takes 3-5 working days, but can be up to 10 working days. Swiftair/Airsure parcels (up to 2kg) leave on the first available flight from the UK and are normally take up to 3 days. Delivery via a courier service is usually 2days.
REST OF THE WORLD
For purposes of despatch, any country which is not included in our list for UK or Western Europe is classed as Rest of the World.
Delivery Charges
We normally use airmail for all parcels as surface mail takes significant periods of time and customers usually wish to receive books as quickly as is practicable. There are different delivery options and charges as set out in the table below.
Note: The Airmail prices are for standard sized paperback version books and the maximum weight for a single package is 5 Kgs. If your order exceeds this we will e-mail you to advise you of the actual postal charge and wait for your confirmation before sending the order.

Delivery Times
These vary considerably but for major cities are normally between 7 to 21 days. Swiftair/Airsure is normally 5-8 days.
